DEAR VALUED CUSTOMERS


1. Kindly produce your bill while collecting your laundry and also ensure to take the bill while your items are handed over to the laundry

2. In the event the laundered items have not been collected within three months from the billing date, laundry does not take liability for the loss of items

3. The laundry will process the items based on the care label instructions on the item. If any damage resulting from following of the care label instruction on the item, the laundry shall not be held liable.

4. For the items without care label, the laundry will process them in a standard procedure. The laundry shall not be held liable for shrinkage, running of colors or any other damage resulting from the processing or due to the inferior quality of the material.

5. 48 hours delivery time. Every effort will be made to return the finished articles on the date of delivery, however due to certain unavoidable circumstances like emergency situations or natural calamity/disaster we will not accept any claim for delay in delivery.

6. Please ensure that all your personal belongings are removed before you handover your item to the laundry. The laundry is not liable for the loss of any personal items. While receiving your items please check items carefully & count them before leaving the laundry

7. If the loss or damage of materials occurs during 48 hours after receiving the items by the laundry, the laundry will pay based on the consumer protection law, article no. (8) Dated 2008 and the amendment 2018 Circular #1.


MANDATORY COMPENSATION

1. Paying the compensation based on the estimated monetary value (provided that the purchase invoice of the item is presented.

The compensation value owed to the consumer is determined by calculating the estimated monetary value of the item the damage occurred. This value is calculated by subtracting the item depreciation percentage since purchase date based on the below table.

2. In the absence of a purchase invoice the consumer is compensated for the damaged items (Damage, loss, color change) at 15 times the cost of the service provided to the consumer by the seller
